Join Our Team as a Lecturer in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning!
We are seeking experienced engineers in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning who are eager to mentor and inspire the next generation

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theoretical learning programs to Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprentices (including H&S, fundamental principles, system functions, service and maintenance, and fault finding)
- With support from our Lead Practitioners, incorporate new technologies into teaching methods
- Classroom management, working closely with managers and the team.
- Accurately record and report data, e-registers, assessments, and student progress records.
- Stay current with academic and vocational subjects, maintaining industry links.
- Involve students in assessing their learning and understanding the broader context of their specialist area.
- Participate in the college’s quality cycle and maintain accurate assessment records.
- Liaise with course teams, student support, and parents/carers as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.
- Qualified F-Gas engineer.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and equal opportunities policies.
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
